What We Built

An extract-only clinical AI that understands conversations in English, Hindi and Telugu, structures them into documentation, and hands a draft back to the clinician — who reviews, edits and decides what becomes part of the record.

How It Works

1. 01Captures the clinical conversation during a session, in whatever language it happens in.
2. 02Structures the transcript into documentation formatted for the clinical record — extract-only, so it never invents what wasn't said.
3. 03Hands the draft note back to the clinician for review before it's finalized.
